The food is great. The service is prompt and friendly. Great small town atmosphere is cozy and the prices are good. My favorites are the fried mushrooms, cheese curds, pork tenderloin meal and sandwich, and the ceaser wrap. I haven’t had one of their salads yet but they look really good too.

Awesome food and great service. I had the patty melt and wife had a cheeseburger. Both delicious, cooked perfectly, just a little pink in the middle which is how we prefer it. If ever staying in the vicinity we will visit again.

The food here is really good definitely a place to keep coming back too. The fish was tender and had a good taste too it and the tenderloin is huge and has great taste, the Ruben was so juicy and delicious. Definitely would recommend this place and we also ordered the pretzels and beer cheese and they where so good didn’t even get a picture but if you like pretzels and cheese this is a must try.

We stopped before we got to Kansas City to avoid crowds, and it was such a great stop! Cute little town and the restaurant is so cute with a great atmosphere and good food! My husband had the house cut friends and said they were just like his dad used to make!

Food was amazing, great service. Fries were perfectly cooked, the special (prime rib quesadilla) was awesome, and the chicken strips were tasty and appeared to be battered rather than breaded – which I believe to be the superior form of coating. The “famous margarita” isn’t a real margarita, more of a tequila sour, but decent either way. Nice inside, the mosaic tile near the corner door is a gorgeous snowflake motif.
