We’re Taqueria El Pastorcito, and we’ve been a local Mexican restaurant here in New Kensington, PA, since 2021. We’re active in the community, participating in festivals, providing a food truck, and catering for parties. We started this business with a food truck to provide authentic Mexican cuisine to people. Eventually, we saved enough money to open a storefront restaurant. We’re looking forward to growing our business to continue to serve New Kensington and the surrounding areas. Legit Tacos! Love the salsa bar. I had the carnitas and carne asada. Delicious flavor and texture. The carnitas had a little more fat served in my taco than I prefer. Loved the habanero onions. This place was buzzin with to go orders. Overall one of the better Taquerias in the Pittsburgh area!

This place is an absolute must stop ! Absolute 10 … Authentic Mexican food that is truly amazing . My wife and i stumbled on this place today while in the area. Service was excellent and everyone was very pleasant . On Sat they have a 2 for 25 special . Which is out of this world . (Beef,chicken,shrimp,chorizo,pork )with a fantastic queso in the center . I was blown away, super fresh and flavorful.Salsa is also must have as well as her homemade Guacamole!!! Then had to top it off with the churro ice-cream dessert .. We live almost an hour from here but i will definitely be making this our routine spot from now on. By far worth the trip .

The food was amazing. i got the chicken crunch wrap that came with chips and queso, and my husband got the steak burrito we also go the chips and salsa. Everything was so good! Service was friendly and fast. Restaurant was clean and decorated cute. We can wait to go back.

This place is reminiscent of Mexico. The food has an authentic street taco presentation and corresponding delicious taste. I’ve been all over the US and have only found a few places that have true, genuine Mexican tacos. This place meets that criteria. Beautiful location, well maintained, friendly host and awesome food. Highly recommended.
