The attendant is polite, but the place is a mess. No customers, so the employee could address the empty napkin holder, messy tables, messy chairs, crumbs on most of the seats. The drink tastes nice, but it’s supposed to be a hot drink and it’s hardly warm. I’m going to the gas station next time

They don’t have all the extras at this one (it’s inside a grocery store), but the people are friendly and the atmosphere is different than at a lot of stand alone stores. Drop the snob factor, get out of your car and walk in. They don’t have a drive thru.

Came in on a rainy morning, with my own tumbler. The Batista first pour a cup of coffee into a paper cup then transfer it into my tumbler. Wow! I came back to the car with my coffee in the rain. The coffee turned out to be just lukewarm! So disappointed!!!
