I had the pleasure of dining at LaBaia last night, and I was absolutely blown away by the food. The calamari was fried to perfection, and the pasta was like something I would have eaten in a real Italian restaurant. The service was also excellent, and the atmosphere was very cozy and inviting. I will definitely be coming back to LaBaia soon!

Only 2 blocks from Neil Simon Theater, what a find Osteria La Baia was! Best Time Square restaurant I’ve ever dined at. The Selezione Di Tartare, Tonno, West & East Coast Oysters, Insalata La Baia, clams & mussels sautéed, with crispy bread, garlic, white wine sauce, Polpo, and homemade Pappardelle Alla Bolognese were each individually unique, fresh & so tasty!! Our wonderful waiter Walter even made me a special sauce of horseradish, red wine vinegar & tobasco for my Oysters. I don’t think I’ll eat them any other way. It was my friends birthday dinner & Walter dressed up our dessert with a candle & birthday wishes. Cannot wait to return & try other things on the menu. Ambiance is lovely as well…….

This was a really nice place, I found last minute while walking near by. The atmosphere and ambiance is lovely. We opted to sit at the bar because we had no reservations and there was a 30 minute wait. It was a good decision. Our bartender Fred from Guatemala was awesome he really made our first experience enjoyable. He shared recommendations and explained dishes to us. All around great place and food.

The atmosphere is great, staff is friendly, especially Walter. Walter was our waiter and offered the best advise, was attentive and made our night extra special. The lobster pasta was to die for. Cocktails we’re perfectly made. Can’t wait to go again.

Went here for dinner before going to see a Broadway show. Beautiful restaurant just far enough away from the theaters to not be too crowded. Excellent service. Food was really good also. I’d go back for sure.

Where should I begin? The car on the sidewalk was the first thing that grabbed my attention. Walking inside we were greeted warmly. Things only got better from here. The service, atmosphere and food quality are all top notch! You will not be disappointed! Since a picture is worth a thousand words, I thought this one would do the trick! God Bless Blue & Gold! God Bless America!

Apparenlty La Baia is NYC Mayor’s (Eric Adams) favorite restaurant in NYC! Italian ‘finer dining’ side of things.. cool, swanky, but not too high-brow, vibes

Bad service, bad food really, very over-pricing! It took forever for the waiter to come, when there are only 5 tables occupied. we got half of the portion compared to these google review photos, and the clam pasta is sooo oily!!! We ordered two appetizers and the waiter didn’t even remember that, we got main dish directly. When asked, the waiter was like: oh didn’t you get the oysters???

The pizza seemed slightly undercooked and limp in the middle. Asparagus risotto was an alarming $35(!) for a small portion that was more liquid than risotto and a few very small pieces of asparagus. Finally we’ve never had to pay $18 for one small glass of wine.
