I’ve traveled all across this country and that was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had in my life. The black woman that attempted to help me from assuming is the manager of some sort of lead is absolutely unprofessional and yelled at me that they didn’t have a chicken sandwich that they were out of them quite politely ordered two chicken fingers / tenders and I got six pieces of chicken that were broken in half and old to the point where they’re returning colors. You were out of three of the sauces that are on the menu. Totally disgusting and absolutely disappointing

Honestly I probably will never goto a Chester’s again it was that disgusting. This tarnished their brand badly. I will post my experience on yelp and Google as well to make sure others do not waste their money like I did. Homeless shelter food would be better. Your franchise teams should have quality control at the top of your list or you will go out of business. Just being honest and transparent it takes alot for me to take action and message corporate. I don’t want reimbursement or a free anything because I am scared your food you represent may give food poisoning or hurt someone because I guarantee if the food looks like that nobody is cleaning correctly. Too bad I can’t give negative stars doesn’t deserve even a zero.

The food was hot and fresh. The workers were quick & attentive. Acknowledged me right away and started my order even tho there was a line. The menu is extensive at this location.

The lady literally took my order and then said she never did. I’ve never seen anyone so incompetent. Then lazy eye decided to kick me when I asked where my food was.
