This was the worst Bojangles experience we have ever had. The food was just okay. My boroughs were cold, my tea tasted like it had been sitting for a couple days and biscuit was hard. Only decent thing on my “plate” was my sausage gravy. We waited a good 5 minutes before anyone took our order then another 5 or more for our food. The girl at the counter was yelling at everyone the whole time we were there. I gave service 1 star because it wouldn’t let me give zero. We will not be back to this Bojangles again!!

I ordered two Cajun Filet Biscuit combos for me and my wife. My biscuit was fine, while the one my wife had was undercooked. I would have liked to have gotten my money back for the biscuit, but more than likely they would have offered to give her another one instead, and she was not in the mood for it.

I love to go to my local Bojangles here in Mount Airy NC, on most visit, I usually order the same, 2-piece meal, ( thigh & leg, 2- sides), but I like the 2-thighs instead of the leg & thigh, so got my order, ( disappointed), my thoughts, if something cost you almost $ 9.00 to eat, in this case 2-piece chicken meal, w-2-sides, you would think that the meal would be worth the money you spend on it, this visit, BOTH pieces of chicken were the SMALLEST chicken I’ve ever seen, maybe one small, one big, but BOTH pieces were small as all get-out, what-a-joke of a meal. Maybe Bojangles needs to take the inflation into consideration & make sure their customers are getting an adequate amount of food that matches the amount of money that their being charged for the meal.. Not in this case. Gave a 3- star because of the size of the chicken, nothing else, food is always good, clean restaurant in side, friendly staff, good FDA food rating 94-97% A- average

The worst place to eat in Mount Airy always out of chicken and when they do have it it’s cold the last time I went there friends were hanging out with the employees blocking the cashier and the guy who was in front of me order his food on the app at the wrong store witch was in Dobson and he was wonting to place a new order and was told that they were out of chicken really and on top of that they told him it would be faster to go to Dobson then waiting for them to fix it after I heard that I left this store is in need of a manger because they is no way they have one if you want some great chicken go to Dobson trust me everyone needs to stop going to this store so they will do something about the Mount Airy store.

I ordered a 8 piece box at this store at 8 o’clock but I made a mistake and it was at Dobson so I said just fix me a new order and I would pay for it and call Ruth at the Dobson store and cancel it but the Mount Airy store was out of chicken and they told me to just go to Dobson I have never liked this store and always go to Dobson they need to fire the Mount Airy store and maybe it will get better or let Ruth come and straighten it out I will never return to this store ever again the chicken is always hard and the potatoes are always burnt you can see the black pieces in them.

I love going here, the food is consistently good, employees are friendly and accommodating and the store is well kept…the only problem I have is that on more than one occasion, they have been out of something I ordered or I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for chicken other than breast to be cooked.

Waited 5 minutes on someone to take our order when we could see them talking. The food was horrible. Overcooked and the pieces were small. Bathroom was nasty also.
