After placing my online carside pickup order I had to wait one hour in my car before they even began making my order, and that was only after I went in to ask them if they were working on it. They had not even processed my order but had gone through various other orders that were made after mine. Many of these other customers also had to go inside to receive any service. I will not be returning to this location again and would strongly warn anyone from going here.

I’ve been here three months, and this “was” one of my favorite spots to order pizza from. Yesterday(3-2-2022) I ordered on-line and I paid at the store. I got there and the guy on the register stated that they could not take a $50 dollar bill from me because they didn’t have the change to cover it. Mind you, they have a makeshift sign stating that they do not accept $100 bills. I will also add, my pizza’s cost was $22 and change. Now, what establishment doesn’t have $27 dollars after breaking a $50??? I politely reminded the gentleman that I have bought pizza online from here many times, paying with my credit card, but today, I’m paying with cash. The manager got involved and suggested that I should go to 7/11 and buy something, then return and purchase their pizza! “Comical right??” Not wanting to jump to conclusions as to why they wouldn’t honor my cash like they honor my credit card, I insisted that the problem was solely theirs and I’m not going to go spend my hard earned money somewhere else in order to come back and purchase their pizza. And since they don’t have a real policy on not accepting my $50, they need to figure it out! Long story short, the guy working the register, took money out of his pocket to cover the change that the manager claimed they didn’t have. Unbelievable!!

Pizza was good but took 2 hours to deliver it from when I placed the order. I don’t think it was the driver’s fault as it didn’t go in the oven for 1.5 hours. I tried calling them and no one answers the phone. At some point I wondered if they were going to come at all. Domino’s app doesn’t let you report a problem till after the pizza has left the store. I did score a free pizza courtesy of Dominos.

I was disappointed my tots were soggy, cheese burnt and not enough garlic Parm sauce but I was extremely disappointed at the response of the person that prepared my order and the manager after speaking to them both.

The manager welcomed me with a smile as I walked in, when I came to pick up my order she opened the boxes and asked me if they looked correct and asked if I wanted anything like peppers and cheese also the food was prepared, I didn’t have to wait and received it hot and ready, overall the food was great. This place is reliable that serves with great hospitality make sure to check them out.

Date 8th June 2023. This place is around 7 minutes drive for me. After ordering – I started and thought may be another 5 minutes wait in the shop and i will be having my pizza. Well I need to wait close to 30+ minutes. Only one worker and lots of wait. Status board was of no use.

This is my regular Domino’s, I order multiple times a month. I don’t usually have a problem, the delivery drivers are always great. But between the app and the store, the wait times are a bust. Tracker was stuck on Prep for almost an hour and then it went back to the Making the Order stage. No one orders pizza so that it can arrive 2 hours later, if at all. Last time I order from this location and probably any Domino’s location because the quality of the food can’t make up for the lack in service.
