The food was okay, I’m giving this restaurant a 2/5 because they did not serve me my drink. By time I got to work I realized I never received the drink. I then looked on this site to look for a number to call for possible reimbursement or to get the drink later however there’s no number posted. I would have probably rated this meal at a 3/5 but due to not receiving my drink I lowered it.

Ordered bday shake, there weren’t any sprinkles. Burger the size of a mcdouble…doesn’t taste anything like what’s mentioned on the menu. Fries got cold quick. Pepsi super stale. Waste of money and time.

Not worth going to. Food was cold when received and was told they didn’t have the ingredients to make a chili three way. The waitress Sheneka stated the manager would comp us for the chili. Really????? We had to track her down for our bill after a total time in the restaurant of 43 minutes. We found her fratinizing with a male who was not making an order. She had our bill in her hand. Being in customer service for 40 years I was appalled at the urgency of the staff. DON’T go there unless you like disappointment.

Better than Shake Shack, worse than In-N-Out. Decent burger with crunchy vegetables and salty fries, but fries too thin, all breading and no potato. Awesome banana shake, price for meal felt fair, but service very slow, waited way too long considering the volume of people there before server approached us. Also, this location says open, but they were still building tables and whatever else, drilling and banging while we were eating. Made for a pretty shite dining experience.
