The first time I went was great. I went back and had a terrible experience. The cashier was very dry and had a attitude. My order was terribly messed up. My burger had to be remade and they gave me the wrong size fry. But a young man I think his name was Andrew came out and fixed everything. Then after I got home I realized they didn’t give me my drink. I also have the video showing all the errors with my order. It was terrible

I work by this Krystal and every time I go there between 4 and 5 I can never get fresh food or have an order complete today no chili and usually no wings and I don’t know what their doing in the dumpster area but a girl was walking out of there with her purse and then took my order. The music blasting is so unprofessional.

I’m so upset this is like the third time this Krystal has gotten my order wrong. This morning I ordered a low carb breakfast bowl….. got to work to realize that my sausage was swimming in grits . This is nowhere near low carb. Tried calling to complain but there is no direct number. Now that I’m at work I can’t just leave and burn gas to go have this corrected. Something has to be done about this poor service!

It was a mess. The girl who took our order couldn’t even hear us because they had music blasting in the background and we had to repeat it 3 times. We waited for at least 25 minutes. And we’ve been by there different times of day and they never have it together. 4 women stood at the window ignoring us for at least 5 minutes before even coming to the window. Then we were missing an order of fries and the girl said it would take at least another 5 minutes to drop more fries so she gave us tater tots instead and told us to go. We didn’t want them and she decided that was ok. Everyone on their phones and the music inside was so loud you could barely hear them. Don’t know if we will go back. It’s every time.

I’ve come here a few times since it opened. Every time I go through the drive thru it takes 15-20 minutes to get my food. They are extremely slow. There may be only 4-5 cars in line but it takes forever to get served. Not sure what the issue is but it shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes to order and get your food.

For this to be a new business in the area, you should watch who you hire to work and run your establishment. The momentum was good when you first opened, however I guess since the higher ups have left and gone back to their locations the employees do ad hey please. It is 2:15pm and when I walk up to order I’m told that the window is closed at this time when there is only 3 cars in drive thru and they’ve been waiting for their orders to be taken. I didn’t get in line, I left and went someplace else. Know that we have choices and don’t have to choose your establishment so it’s best to hire good people that want to work and represent your company.

The last time I came there to purchase something to eat and when I got to the window they were playing loud music inside and when I got my food I was not all that satisfied with it. Considering the restaurant is a new restaurant that recently opened, I assume that the workers would be more enthused and the food would be much hotter when served .

I tried to give this Krystals a try! It is in the neighborhood and I was so excited they open. To say this food has been a hit or miss is exactly right. My breakfast this morning was supposed to be a 3 Egg breakfast, toast, bacon, 2 Krystal Sunriser and a Krystal Chicken biscuit. I waited 22 mins for my food with just 2 cars in front of me. Got to the window to see the worker wearing an overnight hair bonnet, manager glued to her phone on social media *laughing so I just guessed*. My eggs was supposed to be overwell done. I got home opened my box up to, clumped up grits, runny eggs, bread with butter and no bacon? I was so mad and very disappointed. So if you eat here, check your food before driving off or you will be like me..comin home to rebook your breakfast.
