These hard working workers aren’t even making the minimum wage and have to do so much. The excuse is they ” don’t have the minimum amount of staff that require the minimum wage”. On top of having to get a food handlers certificate paid by the employee, they still rarely make more than 14$ no benefits and have to cover shifts due to absences. They should go to other fast food establishments to make the minimum wage. I go at least 2x’s a week just to support the workers.

Very disappointing. I have been there twice and they do not get the order correct. They have the music so loud you can’t even hear them. They were more concerned with hanging out than good service. Paid quite a bit for them to leave two items out of the order.

When I was ordering they were taking their time and chatting with each other. The food tasted alright, nothing special or anything definitely for the price. After, I tried to get a refill but demanded a receipt, even after I just ordered there. They didn’t tell me I would need to keep my receipt if I wanted a refill. Get it together.

I’m not sure if the whole staff is new but there was definitely a lot of miscommunication with the crew. Every order got messed up and they stopped taking orders after that to have a meeting i think. The line cook was GREAT he was on top of things and really nice and understanding. The girl preparing the sandwiches had no clue what she was doing, i think she was either new or just fed up with the day. But either way she handled everything very poorly snd had an attitude with everyone who came to complain about their messed up order. Props to the guy tho
