Tried to reserve the party room offered on their website for 30-35 family in town for a funeral. Saw on the website they have a room for 45 so I called to reserve it. Was told they don’t reserve it by the mgr but to call back next day. The man I spoke to the next day said we could have the room. Took my name and time request. We all showed up as promised and were told we couldn’t use the room. Extremely rude young man went to check with the mgr and he still said no but refused to come out front and talk to me. The young man in front continued to be defiant and rude keeping all of us waiting in the entryway as well as other customers for several minutes. Finally another women came out and allowed us to go into the room. There is even more rudeness on the part of the young man I could share but I’ll leave it here. I’m baffled as to why you would not jump on an opportunity to have guaranteed sales by a 30-35 group of people when there was no good reason I can think of. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and lack of communication by several in this situation including not honoring what you advertise on your website. Will not consider using them ever again for any type of gathering.

Went for the buffet at 7 pm. The buffet doesn’t end until 8 pm. Hardly any pizza available, 2 half pizzas of pepperoni with jalapeños a pizza with chicken and broccoli. No cheese sticks. Most of the chicken was gone. There was 1 biscuit left that looked like it was there all day.Asked a server for a regular pizza, i.e., plain cheese or pepperoni, and was told that when they are busy, they don’t take requests. No cactus bread or desert pizza. We still paid full price for 2 adults and 1 child, so the total was over 40 bucks. Atmosphere a bunch of cowboy hat wearing people came in and apparently had no idea they were not at the sale barn still as the F word was being used like someone would use, please, and thank you. I realize that the restaurant can’t control who their paying customers are, but given that we had our young child with, it was more than irritating to constantly keep hearing the language at a family eating establishment. This experience at this particular pizza ranch was enough for me to decide never to visit this establishment again.

The Pizza Ranch also has a buffet ,salad bar and desserts.The service was great and the prices are low. They have very clean bathrooms and plenty of parking. The food was delicious! I would recommend the Pizza Ranch to anyone considering going.

Had the buffet. It was actually very good! The food was all delicious and warm. Employees were on their A game. My only complaint is that they didn’t have much of a variety for pizza when I went there. It was all very basic pizzas and few of the ‘specialty’ ones. All in all though, I had a good experience and I would definitely eat here again!
