What a Nebraska Tradition! Always hot and fresh and loved by my “picky” kids. The drive thru was busy but also quick and we had our food in no time. Friendly faces and workers were smiling and made sure everything was perfect before we left the line. Can’t wait to enjoy on our next adventure!

So I never wanted to leave a bad review, because usually the customer service here is amazing. although there’s been a couple times it hasn’t been great. I recently just went there, and this one girl that works there she has red hair and bangs, I think she also wears glasses. she seems to always have an attitude or come off rude. last week, I went and I got 3 meals. one with a papsi, and she didn’t ring it up. so I politely asked her if I could get one and she rudely typed it in and then told my my total, she also seems to like to roll her eyes a lot. this is the 3rd time since the new store opening that my order has been wrong or missing something. other then rude employees, and not listening closely to orders. the service is amazing and everyone is generally polite.

Runza Blair, Nebraska Just went through the drive-through got a double hamburger/cheeseburger and a single and whoever is cooking him tonight and Blair there’s so much salt on them , my mouth is raw only halfway through the first Sandwich. My Frings have 80% less salt than the burger. Sorry to say, but this is my worst trip through Runza yet.Just threw out $40’s worth of meals

If you haven’t had a Runza, it should be one of your Nebraska experiences, because you aren’t going to find these elsewhere! Food is good, sometimes items in drive-thru are forgotten, such as straws or napkins. I forgive all fast food places on this now as it seems it is something decreed from the upper real s of the business. If you are messy, like me, just ask for more, play your “I’m older and inept at eating in my car” card, you’ll get them with a smile. I like their sales in the summer and love a regular Runza and onion rings on a cold one. Restaurants are usually clean,vas well as restrooms. This location is in a larger town between Lincoln and Omaha. I like small-town places as the employees are usually friendlier and more thoughtful.
