Stood at the front for over 5 minutes before being minimally acknowledged. Plenty of people working, and only 1 other family in the dining room. No one in drive thru when we entered the restaurant. This is very surprising considering this Hardee’s used to be so much better than this. I can’t wait until ROBOTS take over food delivery, and these people who can’t/won’t provide the most basic customer service can quit demanding $15/hr. No one knew what they were doing.

I come through the drive-thru often enough that I typically trust that my food is fine. But this morning something was forgotten, and I decide to come in to fix it. I don’t know who the lady at the front counter is, but she has an attitude. I have worked in fast food too. I get how frustrating it can be. But you don’t get snappy with customers the way she did me. Now I don’t even want the food that I got fixed.

The folks that work in the afternoons here are awesome. Alex and Kaitlyn always treat me like family as well as their other customers, and i never walk away unhappy. The food is always delicious and fresh. Its very hard to find a food place nowadays that has employees who actually care about the customer experience and food quality as much as they do, hardees is lucky to have them. Highly recommend stopping here later in the day!

Super good, never been here before. Biscuits and gravy were very good, could’ve used a knife tho. Asked for coke without ice, got ice, totally fine. French toast dips were quite good. Staff was super nice.

Horrible food and service.I don’t think young lady on 5/26 4:30 cared a bit about giving me the correct food. Almost gave me burger instead of chicken tenders I ordered- luckily I saw b4 I left drive thru. Also ordered two apple pies and she gave me two blueberry so I had to drive back to get correct pies Then pies were stale.. Do better.

Food was good but service was not good. It took a very long time to have someone take our order inside. When they did, they were not very friendly, kinda annoyed they had to be there. The food came out fairly quick. I had to ask for sweet tea because they didn’t have any in the lobby.

Hardee’s new hand breaded chicken sandwich looked good in the ads, so I decided to try it. Taste was just ordinary, but my biggest “beef” was the small size. See pic. My advice – don’t bother.

Hands down . Hardee’s has the absolute best burgers. Large meat patty and all the fixens. Better than BK. Soda fountain is never out of your favorite drink. Always fresh and bubbly.

You really just have to stick to breakfast when visiting here. I’ve tried lunch and dinner repeatedly with not at all appetizing results. Biscuit and Gravy is always amazing and the new French toast dips are great!
