My macaroni was lukewarm and not baked. They didn’t have a sweet tea or Dr.Pepper. No biscuits, and my fries were soggy. Very disappointed.

The chicken were really small. My mother and I went to eat after doing laundry so we were very hungry. My mom and I both ordered a two pice chicken with a side, drink and biscuit. My leg piece was ok but the supposed thigh was very small and when I opened it it had almost no chicken inside. I tried not getting upset so I just tried eating the breading but it wasn’t even good like it was supposed to. It was probably a piece or a bad batch. The only reason I have kt a 3 was because my mom at least was able to enjoy her meal. Also, just be careful with the fruit punch hi c. I love it but a lot of times it’s too sweet and I think the machine for some reason doesn’t mix it in with water like its supposed to. This is a minor problem in this facility because I’ve also experienced this problem at other fast food chains.

What the hell ,I was at the drive thru speaker for 8 minutes before someone even acknowledged me ,then It Sounded as if they were a block away….the owners need to fix the speaker ,fix drive thru waiting time ,Popeyes is literally across the street there.

When food is served correctly hot edible then I will return always to that restaurant if I order something small as a apple pie and I take it home for it to be hard stale I believe the cashier should have said I wouldn’t eat it therefore I won’t sell it to you but no the cashier sold me something they themselves wouldn’t eat so I don’t trust the service any longer and now has me here explaining my bad experience it wasn’t just the pie but the rest of the 50 something dollars I paid for a big meal that was just given sloppy the chicken was the only thing that was cooked and tasted fresh all the sides and everything thereafter even the drinks was poor. But hey the lobby is always clean.

Workers in the store not taking the job serious. The last piece of the smokehouse was sold before me, but seems like to me they would have had more already cooking since they know they only have one left, but instead I was informed I could wait 20 minutes for some. I then make my order of 8pc 2 large sides. I got home only to discover most of that chicken was old and tasted funny, and the Cajun rice was floating in grease!! It looked disgusting. I refuse to go back. This store needs new management and responsible workers that offer better service.

High quality chicken sandwich (even bigger than and on par with quality from Chick-Fil-A and Popeyes) and friendly/professional staff. I look forward to trying another one to see if it’s just as good or if I got lucky. : ) French fries had been sitting there for a while.

I just want to know what are the opening hours? 10am right? My husband and myself came through the driveway and waited but no one answered (keep in mind we can hear people talking). We also pulled up by the window and no one came there either so we pulled around to the front and the door is locked with the lights on. We waited for a few minutes to see what would happen but again NOTHING. I understand problems happen but at least have sense to let customers know. Literally a few cars did the same as we did and you lost customers. A sign or acknowledgment from whoever was in there would’ve been great. I wasn’t going to say anything but this location always has a problem and someone needs to address it.
