They have friendly service. My only problem is that every time I order pasta it is always half-@$$ed. Sauce is not mixed in, burnt, or skimpy. They get my order wrong most of the time but if you ordered for delivery they will bring you back the right one.

Tried to order an oven baked sub over the phone. The lady wanted to know my entire name which is awkward. Then she asks for last initial. I tell her I want to order a sub and she starts telling me about pizza specials. I say I don’t want pizza I want a sub, Domino’s does do subs do you guys not? She says let me check, oh we don’t have that available. Then I say okay, go to hang up and she says wait we have them available. I told her she was very confusing I’ll be going somewhere else. Very awkward.

Worst pizza ever! No sauce, no cheese, I could count the olives, onions and peppers. Also cooked too long. Girl at the window rolled her eyes at us when we asked to get some extra sauces (we know we had to pay for them) just didn’t want to be bothered. I always say there is no such thing as a bad pizza….I was wrong.

Ordered pizza online and paid for it. Tracker went from prep to ready. By this time there were 2 people ahead of me and I waited in line for 20 minutes. I finally got to the window and no workers in sight so I blew the horn and one waves a hand up and walks off. Finally a girl comes to the window and tells me the amount and I tell her I ordered and paid online and she says no you didn’t, it shows you did not pay. She closes the window walks off. I could not get a pizza that I paid for. If they do this to 4 people a day they can feed their families. I WILL NEVER GO TO DOMONIOS IN BOUTTE AGAIN. people be aware of what is going on here. I tried calling and of course no one answers the phone there.

On Saturday the 14th of May, we ordered 4 large pizzas for pick up. The order was placed at 8:36pm. My husband and my son left to go pick up our order after 45 minutes. When they arrived at the store the pizzas were not yet ready. They finally were able to pick up the pizzas and leave at 10:45pm. I have never had to wait 2 hours for a pizza in my life. We can drive into Metairie or New Orleans order, pick up our pizza and be back at our house faster than this. No apologies, just excuses. If I could give 0 starts I would. I definitely do not recommend!

I love dominos pizza but the store in boutte will not answer their phones, they keep hanging up on us. We have been waiting for an hour and a half and still no food, and no one can help me to cancel my order! Management at this particular location is horrible, Papa John’s will be getting out business from hear on our!

We have had the worst experience yet. We placed our order online. When we arrived we were told it was not cooked yet because the girl was by herself. She told us that it would be 15 to 20 minutes.she told us for the wait she would take one pizza off. So we parked and waited. After 35 minutes we pulled to the window again. A guy asked our name and said oh you was the one with the free pizza? I said yes. He says I am sorry. I have your pizza to someone else. So if you wait 10 minutes. He could make it. We were not waiting anymore so we took what was ready and left. So we had to wait forever and still did not get what they offered. So we never received the free pizza. And had to wait forever for the other one.
