I’ve never had an issue with Arby’s until I stopped by a few days ago(June 12th). There was 1 hour until close, and the young woman who took my order clearly didn’t want to be there and made sure to let us know. It started off how she took our order, and then it moved on to her, rolling her eyes and saying, “I guess” when I forgot to ask for ketchup. It was a simple mistake on my part, but come on. It’s not hard to walk back and grab me some ketchup. The best part was opening my sandwich and seeing possibly the most lazy way to make a sandwich in my life. I get it. Sometimes people have bad days, but this is just pure laziness on everyone. At least the food was good.

Forgetting food and serving cold food in the drive thru. Made to feel like a nuisance just politely asking for what I paid for. Also on my receipt it’s saying I went to a location in Georgia with an employee that I didn’t even see so overall sketchy with terrible service and food that felt messed with on purpose.

This is the worst Arby’s I have ever been to. It takes 30 minutes to go through the drive thru line, where you are then greeted by rude staff and gross food. Don’t go here unless you have an hour to spend and all night sick.

It’s what you expect from Arby’s! Good tasting, cheap fast food. Staff here aren’t the fastest I’ve seen, but things run quite smoothly, to the point that any lines clear up very quickly in a drivethrough.

they had no jalapeño poppers and the the fryer broke and I asked for sprite and they gave me CARBONATED WATER they had nothing not even lemonade. I do not recommend this. Had no fries when they said they did . Couldn’t even make my shake right . Gave no sauce when asked to do so .

Placed an online order, when we got to the drive thru speaker to pick up our order, they said they didn’t have an online order in our name. We pulled to the window and the young man at the window said the last order they had was for Bowles (which is our name) and that it was picked up already and basically tried to act like there was nothing they could do at first until we said well we definitely didn’t pick our order and if that’s the case we need a full refund. Ordered chicken salad sandwich, came with waaay too much mayo in it, never have I had a sandwich with so much. Then, OMG, do not waste your money on their “orange shake” for $3.99… total rip off! Got a tiny plastic cup that you usually get a small orange juice in it plus didn’t come with whipped cream when I said yes when she asked me about it. And also have had their beef n cheddar and this place gives you a tiny dab of cheese. Seems to me their making a fortune and giving so little in return, go elsewhere I’m 100% honest and won’t go there again!!

I quite enjoy visiting this Arby’s location for a number of reasons. The service is always prompt and the food very fresh. Further, out of the many times I have frequented this establishment they have never messed up my order. The food is piping hot and I always leave completely satisfied.
