I was very disappointed with associate Denise’s customer service when I went in earlier this morning. She appeared to be very upset when taking our drink order, (which unfortunately was taken down and made incorrectly) she then proceeded to speak to me and my friend in a very condescending tone which resulted in her anxiety to rise. Now I do understand we are in a pandemic and staff workers are struggling but that is not reason to make your customers feel like garbage when trying to order a drink. horrible service and we will not be returning

I have never seen a nasty Starbucks until this one. Skip the food, there were dead flies in the case. Flies on the counters, buzzing around the coffee machine. In the time it took to make my drink, I counted 20 separate flies on the lights above the machines.

The Barista did not know what or how to make a blended strawberry lemonade. Quite disappointing on a hot summer day. Tried to convince that a strawberry Açaí lemonade was the same thing. It was not. Besides this issue, the service was quick and the drink was a decent alternative to what I truly wanted.
