The manager Tim and another employee were fantastic! (Forgive me but I forgot her name ♀️) customer service was truly great, they were kind and very helpful when deciding what to order. I ordered the mag mile and my husband order #6 and mag mile he loved both. I had onion rings as my side and they were perfect amount of crunchy. The onions on my dog were sautéed spot on! Downside is they charge for ranch, although I wasn’t a fan of their ranch I’d get onion rings again. Atmosphere was Chicago vibes with lots of Chicago memorabilia to look at. Music was fun and smooth, I found myself singing along while eating there. Not only was this establishment CLEAN but so were the Bathrooms! Taste of Chicago really is a hidden gem in Goodlettsville and you should give it a try if you’re tired of bbq. We will for sure be back.

We stopped by on our way to Nashville to have lunch. This place has great food and many options for our family of five. The restaurant is very kid friendly and very clean. The staff was friendly and provided quick service. I highly recommend trying their pizza puffs and my husband said he could chili dogs everyday!

The Italian Beef sandwich is incredible! I can not think of a sandwich around that is more satisfying than this. The portions are huge and the prices are too low for how good this food is. Whenever I’m in the Goodlettsville area, this is where I come to eat! Seriously, I can’t stop thinking about how good this is!

We will talk food later in post. These people are the best. I placed an order on Monday for our families Christmas gathering. Well yesterday the weather in Nashville turned one of coldest nights in long time. They closed early on Thursday and I wasn’t sure what today would bring on picking up my catering order. In morning the owner Tom let me know they were going to open. I immediately got ready and made the hour long journey to the restaurant. On way up there our area is having rolling blackouts due to extreme cold weather. Real feel -20 below and temps at 0. Unheard of in Nashville. I received a phone call from Tim manager of this store. He asked me if I was on my way and he said I will make sure you have your food for your family on Christmas but we won’t be open today. I told him I’m 10 minutes away. He said front door be open. I arrive my heart was set on having lunch there since I drove up. I told him this. What does he do fix me the biggest beef sandwich I have ever had in my life. His wife Sandra arrived and we had such a great conversation. We are all from Chicago. I thanked them and and I immediately message the owner to let him know how good the two people he has working for them. The food is the best, the staff is amazing and you won’t find any nicer people in area. I will gladly spend my money at a place they appreciates it’s customers. If they didn’t do this for me and I couldn’t pick up our order everyone knows I wouldn’t have had much food to eat as everything was taken off shelves leading up to the bad weather. I couldn’t thank them enough for not only coming in for just me but also filling my stomach before I headed back home. Eat here you won’t be disappointed at all. Happy Holidays to everyone e.

This use to be my go to place, but the last 3 or 4 times Ive gone, it’s been horrible. The recipe was changed on the beef I think, or maybe the meat is not as fresh? I don’t know, but I won’t try it again. All different employees, horrible customer service, food is not great. I definitely don’t recommend them. Last time I was there we got 4 beefs with cheese and peppers and 2 hotdogs. All the bread for the beefs was stale and the meat ratio on each beef was different. One had hardly any meat and one had so much meat you couldn’t bite into it. We have to use forks to distribute meat evenly for all 4 sandwich. The flavor/spices were also off, nothing like it use to be & very bland. The hotdogs were not even warm. When I asked to speak with someone in charge they gave excuses and I told them we wouldn’t be back. Guy just rolled his eyes and walked away. We threw out most of the food and left. The fries were hot and good, but everything else was horrible. Won’t ever be back. So sad, because it use to be my favorite place.

Got the Chicken Parm w/ spaghetti and garlic bread. Everything was great! The owner was super friendly too! The amount of food you get for your dollar is well worth it! Give them a try.
