I went to the store to get my latte and I thought let me check is they have my donut or not so they do not have it and I asked cashier (guy) that they don’t have blueberry donut and told me I am placing order online and he said “ I don’t like to place the order in store I said no to him and I placed online “. I went to use washroom and my order was ready in 30sec I ordered turtle latted and I thought he don’t even know how to make it very rude he came just regular latte instead of signature latte . Probably the worst attitude I’ve ever met in a Dunkin donuts. Was completely unwilling to help the customers around me or myself. Went in the back and hid for a while. Guy at the counter used his hands to put my Donuts in the bag . Super gross was rubbing his eyes. Management should fire themselves and everyone and start over. Won’t be ever going back there again.

Okay, I’m relieved to hear my poor experiences weren’t isolated to just me. Unfortunately, yes, there was a point when I was going a few times a week in the morning if I wasn’t going to Quick Check for my coffee. Almost every time, the service was horrible. The girl who works the drive thru window seemed so miserable to be there and it just didn’t give good vibes to start your morning with a miserable human being giving you your caffeine fix.

Went in today to dunkin and a group of young guys were working and fooling around being inappropriate instead of working. One of them was complaining about have to do food orders I waited extra just so another employee could yet again let him know I was waited for my food order. It’s I’m more than one occasion this happens over the weekends. I used to like coming to this location when the previous manger was around. A Lot has changed 100 % prefer the dunkin across TD Bank they’ve turned into my new spot ! Always welcoming and kind !

I usually take a longer drive to work just so I can stop at starbucks, instead of Dunkin. This morning, I left the house a little late so I took the fastest route to work and stopped at the nearest Dunkin, Manville Dunkin. Since I was running late, I went through the drive through and ordered a medium cappuccino with a swirl of mocha. They asked me to pull to the back without any explanation. I was surprised because I only ordered 1 item. I waited 10 minutes for them to bring my drink out. I was contemplating leaving as I was running late but I had already paid for the drink. When the individual came out, I kindly asked him why my drink took longer when all the cars behind me in the drive through were able to get their orders immediately. He responded saying what do you mean, shoved the coffee into my car, and said bye now. The encounter was so rude and disheartening. I can understand that coffee shops are busy in the morning; I just would’ve like an explanation.

Worst store ever! When placing an order on the app, they always screw it up or they tell me they are out of the product. Don’t know how this place stays open. I live in Manville, but go to the Hillsborough drive-thru, since I have never had any problems and been going there for years!

Don’t bother going here! Go down the road to Hillsborough, Somerville or Finderne. This was supposed to be a pumpkin cold brew with the cold foam. Instead it’s a water down coffee, no foam. Haven’t tried the donut yet. The manager said hi and I walked in. The 2 young ladies, one on her phone looking directly at the counter not helping. I get if you have a text real quick, but at least say I’ll be with you in a second. The other young lady, barely could hear her speak, had her back turned towards the counter and didn’t want to help at all.

Worst Dunkin! Ordered a Iced French Vanilla Decaf w Cold Foam and they gave me just Iced coffee with NOTHING. I recommend going to any other Dunkin except this one.
