My first time in the establishment was sometime last week, and I just wanted to express how nice the staff was. Especially one of your friendly workers, I think her name was Kristie. She patiently answered all my questions. All i ended up getting was waffles and hash browns, but they came out very hot and fresh. Very tasty food and a great atmosphere.

So this was our first ever experience with a huddle house and we ordered it via delivery through door dash. There were some definite highlights on the meals and we did have a rather large order. The one thing I can say is that multiple things went wrong in the order which was really frustrating and disappointing. First off an entire order of hashbrowns with toppings added was missed. The ham that came in one of the meals was by far the worst, most foul tasting meat I have ever been served, it was almost as thin as paper, and it was completely dry. The side of mac and cheese ordered tasted very off and not appetizing at all. The burger in all tasted really delicious aside from the fact of the lettuce being totally wilted and the bun was burnt. The hashbrowns that we did end up getting with other meals were okay but they were very crunchy.

Just save your self the headache and don’t go here. It was horrible, are waitress got almost our hole order wrong and what she didn’t screw up the cook did. Their was a gentleman that was off duty that worked their and he was trying to make it right. But the mistakes were big ones. My husband ended up leaving with no food because he sent his back three times. By time they got it right the tomatoes on it were bad . Their were other guest taking back tips and walking out. I am surprised they can stay open with such bad management.

I was a devout Waffle House person for a long time until I visited the Huddle House in York. I love this restaurant and make it a point to visit at least twice a week. It’s not always busy, but there’s always a smile on the staff’s faces and the food is always hot and we rarely wait more than a few minutes. I strongly recommend Huddle House in York to any breakfast loving earthlings.

Everything seemed great until we realized we had been waiting on our food for 30 mins. About that time a worker who was not our server came to confirm our order which told me that they had not even started it yet. All the food actually came out fairly quickly after that. The food was just ok, not bad but not great either. Then we got the bill.. we each ordered combos that came with eggs and bacon or sausage. We were charged for the meals plus the bacon/sausage and eggs.. when brought to the manager’s attention it took two bill corrections to get it right and I’m still not sure it was correct it I was ready to go! Overall I would not recommend this location (it’s the only one I’ve been to) to anyone.
