Cozy atmosphere and delicious food. Not gonna lie, I was a bit suspicious about eating corn on the cob with mayo on it. However, I’m down to try anything once and twice if I like it. Well I loved it so I will be going back again and again. It seemed like the mayo not only added delicious flavor when mixed with the flavor of the corn on the cob but also the mayo served as a binding agent and held the cheese and Tajin seasoning. A very unusual sounding, to me at least, flavor profile that shocked and awed me into already looking over their online menu to see what I’m going to try tomorrow. Well done, Backyard ELOTES!

I was so excited to hear of the opening of Backyard Elotes just up the street from me. I ordered a regular elote and an elote cup. Overall both were just okay. The corn was fresh and juicy but the toppings were underwhelming. The corn seemed very salty but had minimal lime taste and no spice at all. I am on the fence about returning to try different menu items.

I’m from Mexico , but live in Texas and I have tried different “elotes” in US and this is the one that do not make me miss Mexican elotes ! And the other very good thing is the great staff! Isaac and the girl that made me the elote were super nice!!The best so far , can you open one in DFW area ?

Great elotes! We loved the traditional but they also had additional toppings to choose from. We will definitely be going back to try more.

Delicious! This was my first elote, everyone there was super friendly and explained all the different options available. I went with the traditional elote and it was great – crunchy, sweet, savory and tangy. I’ll be back again soon

Love this place!!! Was so sad to see Dapper Donuts leave, but this is a great addition to the neighborhood! Wonderful food, fast service, fresh ingredients, and GREAT mango-chamoy- nada! (Not aure of the exact name, but it was delish!)

I ordered the elote nacho combo and it was not worth it. First they gave me the wrong chips. Secondly it was literally just chips, corn, nacho cheese and a drizzle of Mayo. No actual elote toppings on them. Very disappointing:(

Deliciously fresh elote. I got the cup and it was ridiculously good. The best elote I have ever had in town!!! I’d post a pic but you’d just see my empty cup!

Cashier was bland and rude when I asked about punch cards. Gave me the wrong size cup. I can see it was wrong since they have a display of sizes. I had to order another to go! It was so so good. Fresh and amazing
