i really wish I could give zero start, i went in to order food at 8:55 pm on tuesday. The whole store was empty. A employee was sitting i the employee dining room he never offered to help me he made himself a drink and continued to ignore me as i was leaving J noticed another employee walking around the drive thru lane talking on his phone smoking i took photo which i going to post. Horrible place don’t ever go.

If i could give 0 stars, i would. We drove into the drive thru lane with a mobile order. they told us to pull up past the drop off window because it wasn’t ready yet. (we were the only car in line) we waited a good while for our food and we asked the lady to bring us jelly. she didn’t acknowledge our question and walked away. luckily, she came back with some jelly. i realized our order was wrong and said something to her and she just kept walking away like she didn’t hear me. So i went inside and was explaining what was wrong. (only 1 out of 3 sandwiches were right). i told her we didn’t order the sausage croissant and she immediately grabbed a sandwich and sassily threw it into the trash. turns out she threw away the only sandwich that was made correctly. She was huffing and puffing the whole time and you could tell she hates her job (and probably me). she brings back some sandwiches and they were still wrong. I understand not liking your job, but treating paying customers who just want their order as they paid for it with absolute disrespect and eye rolls is pitiful. i’m very disappointed.

This is the WORST location in Gulfport! I have been to this location four times in the past six months and EVERY SINGLE TIME there has been an issue with my order; either something is completely missing from the order or it is made incorrectly. Nobody ever answers the phone and the customer service is non-existent. Someone is always rolling their eyes or putting the blame for the mess up on another staff member. No apologies, just attitude for coming back to get what I paid for in the first place.

This BK restaurant located at 9440 Hwy 49 in Gulfport, MS. was by far the most clean, inviting, customer service on POINT!!! As soon as y husband and I walked in this afternoon for lunch we were greeted with a WELCOME and a huge smile from the BK worker WHO was cleaning the dining area and the young man who took our order was helpful and with a huge smile as well. Keep up the amazing job y’all are doing at this location…most definitely will be coming back and putting the word out!!!

No order was ready in drive thru , everyone had to pull over and wait. However, an employee got in their car and went threw drive up about 30 times. I’m guessing to trick the timer because of how slow and unbelievably bad they are at getting food out. Food came cold and order was wrong

It used to be a excellent place to get a good hot food and now it’s terrible! You have to 20 to 30 minutes for a burger that cold and it tastes old and hard to eat. The burger taste like cardboard now. The customer service isn’t any better. So it’s like this all the time no more from there I gave it a chance many times and it’s the same. Waste of money!

The sandwich was cold, and I asked for no mayo and to add mustard… I actually got no ketchup or mustard. Had to pull up to wait (why) asked for ketchup and mustard packs. The little guy said ok, BUT NEVER returned. My son had to go into the lobby. Will not eat from there again.
