Walked to this location from the East Bank River trail, it was a good reward for a 2 mile walk. I got the Breakfast Burger, I’ve had prettier burgers before but this tasted better than it looked. I used the Mobile App to order and it was perfect and ready for me as soon as I walked in, the morning staff were friendly and inviting. The location in Eugene is a bit removed from downtown so the outside was clean and orderly. Overall great food and service!

In the east, we call these Hardee’s. Basically, it’s the same store and the same menu. I hope the drive-through experience was better than the dine in experience. Slow service, and the workers and manager seemed to be having a difference of opinion on something, and weren’t afraid to share it with the customers.

Carls Jr’s is actually my favorite fast food place. With that said I ordered a breakfast egg bacon and cheese breakfast sandwich. When I got home and gave it to my mother she said it was salty and plain. She opened it and there was only bacon and no egg or cheese. I called the manager and was told that they basically do not track or have a way to make this right unless I come today. I am at the opposite side of the city and won’t be back that way for another week or two. The low review is for Carl’s Jr’s lack of providing me or possibly others with quality customer service by providing comprable replacement for what was expected and paid for.
