While in line, the woman who ordered before me received the wrong item. She brought it up to her, and they seemed upset but gave her the correct item. I was next, and the same woman took my order. I got outside, and my order was wrong, too. I went back in and said my order was wrong. The woman who took my order didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Someone else came up. The person came out and came across a bit snippy and accused me of being wrong because she read the board. (I didn’t get a receipt for the original order, but it was $30, so it seemed right for what i ordered) She then said they would remake it, but I would have to pay the difference. Never before have I been told this at any takeout/ fast food place. I don’t often complain about the food if it’s a similar item, but I ordered a bacon and cheese whopper and got a bacon cheeseburger. The food was good, so I can’t complain about that, but the service plain sucked.

Restaurant is clean. The food was fast. The mozzarella sticks are awful. Apparently, BK does not follow the industry standard of providing marinara with the mozzo sticks; this is foolish and disappointing and needs to change.

So a after I quit working at this bk, my food is Always wrong or extremely old. This first picture is what i got, and the second is a very dry remake. When I call either they don’t answer or tell me I can’t have my food remade. This time I took it back and Calmly explain the issue and all I got back was attitude. And still left with food I can’t eat. I am not going to hurt my self on a hard piece of chicken. This store is such a disappointment.

Very clean with a nice modern look. Fairly fast service. Most of the staff is very nice with the exception of a couple of the managers who could take a lesson on manners from their younger coworkers. Our cashier Misty was a delight! We came in while she was cleaning. Her crew mate Dakota sat in the drive through as we walked in and in a sour tone said “someone will be with you shortly” I’ve worked in fast food, she wasn’t taking care of an order, she was simply leaning against her computer screen and talking with another coworker.
