I ordered a NY STYLE BEEF pizza takeout and I received sausage. Whenever I called, the lady told me she made it herself and that the sausage and the beef were right next to each other and probably just got some pieces of sausage mixed in. I proceeded to tell her again that the WHOLE entire pizza was SAUSAGE. My boyfriend does not eat pork and he almost threw up when he took a bite. She was rude the whole time and did not take responsibility for the mistake. She finally said she’ll make a new one and just hung up on me. I showed up at the place with the sausage pizza to show her. Once again she was completely rude and didn’t even make it right. My pizza was not a X-LARGE NY style, it was a regular medium pizza. She said her name was MEGAN and she claimed to be the manager. I work at a restaurant industry and I have not seen a “manager” this terrible and not know how to manage. The customer service was absolutely terrible and they ripped me off my money as I’m still trying to get a refund. I recommend any other pizza place beside this one.

I’m really upset with our order! I ordered the pizza at 7pm on a Tuesday I check at 8:20 and the pizza is sitting there with ants crawling all over it , and I did get the no contact but all the other delivery people knock on the door when they leave the pizza! Nope not Hailey from papa johns on Lone Oak Road she left the pizza didn’t knock! So we got two cold pizzas with ants on the side! Called the manager no help there! He blamed us for the no contact! I paid over $30 $3.99 for delivery fee and a $4 tip ! I won’t be back ! We eat a lot of pizza! Thanks to Dominos for always knocking! Papa johns do better!
