Worst experience I have ever had with any pizza delivery!!!!!! Waited over an hour before calling to find out where my pizza was. After 15 minutes on hold I was told it was out for delivery. 40 minutes after that I called back to speak with an employee with zero customer service skills who just sat the phone down and never provided and answer other than he thinks it may have gone out. Eventually I just hung up since he never returned to the phone. It has now been over 2 hours since I ordered and the store is closed.

Perfect experience. I drive a school bus and I have my granddaughter and when she’s with me, we do the curbside pickup and funny enough it doesn’t have the model of the bus but I do like Maserati and then I do yellow school bus and we order on the app and they walk the food out to us. Never order from here before so I decided to give it a chance. Order online for delivery.. Service was fast order was accurate on the pizzas.. cinnamon twist & garlic bites. I did call & was on hold for 8 mint to confirm the location since I am on vacation.. I ask the gentleman on the phone if I could get some napkins parmesan cheese.. He said yes on napkins, plates but cheese is an extra charge. Well the delivery guy was awesome except NO napkins NO cheese. Would of gave them 5 but the chicken pizza look like pure sauce pizza.. The ham pizza was perfect & the cinnamon twist were hard.

Domino’s Order number 6588.. I don’t usually do reviews unless they are positive, however I placed my order on a MONDAY at 8:45 pm. Lorenzo has been quality checking our pizza ever sense 9:32. It is now 10:14 pm. What the …… really? Do they take a microscope to this pizza? My son started coding a website with over 250 lines of code.. We still have not received our pizza! If you are stuck on an island 1000 miles away, this pizza would arrive sooner at your location. If you are starving, please don’t order from this location. You will die of starvation before you receive your pizza. By the time this pizza is here, it’s possible we may be dust in the wind. Please, wish us luck.

Worst customer service. After 45 minutes they said they would be delivering in another 15. It’s been over an hour after the initial hour of waiting and they are no longer answering their phone. They took the money and the pizza never came.

delivery was not successful….after 25 minutes of waiting , I went inside to find my order sitting on the warmer. Once I informed the employee, it was a curbside delivery he told me sorry we are short-handed (Note that employees came & went already not to mention I could see them talking inside as if they had nothing to do.)

Horrible. My boyfriend called them and to order a pizza, we were transferred to the this domino having us drive to this domino instead since the other domino transferred us, but this domino ripped us off and never gave us a FULL REFUND. (They said they did give us a refund but it still charged us.)

Website says as long as you order before 12:00, it will be delivered. I ordered at 11:34, they accepted the order. At 11:57, they cancelled it for no reason at all. Then would not answer the phone. Terrible service.
