We just stopped by at sonic Willow and Herndon Wednesday night around 10:25 and waited at a stall for about 10 minutes with the red button pushed and seeing 3 workers bustling about the kitchen. When they ignored we decided to go to the drive through, mind you it was 10:35 now and they close at 11 and no one else was there. They ignored us at the drive through and when we drove past the window after waiting for another 5 or so minutes we saw the 3 workers hiding from us. So ridiculous and lame, we had more than 30 minutes til closing before we came and we just wanted a hot dog. If you can find out who worked that night you should fire them because no one needs to be that lazy and rude. I work in customer service and I get it that it’s annoying to have customers come right before close but we had plenty of time… super frustrated.

It’s is 12:15 pm on Friday the 12th and whoever was working the window at that time had a horrible attitude!!! My large drink was filled to the brim with ice! Such a complete waste of money! Nothing like getting a bad attitude and throwing your money in the trash at the same time ! Completely unsatisfied with this place do not recommend this business to anyone.

At first we went to the screens at the side of the sonic and no one came. We went into the drive through and we asked for a mini milkshake, as it was displayed on the menu. The lady was super rude and would not give it to us. When we asked why, she did not answer us and waved us off to the window. When we got to the window she refused to give us her name and was extremely rude about it. Terrible customer service, we left without getting anything. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food drive through. I’m very disappointed and we will be contacting corporate.

The strangest thing happened. My friend and I drove through the drive-thru the other night, when a high pitched banshee screech rang from the sound box. The screech was physically painful to hear, and it was incessant. Cars behind us chose to leave after hearing it for themselves up close. It kept happening. Over, and over and over again. Please, for the love of god, replace the speaker.

The food was great and the ice cream came out nicely! However, the lady taking the orders didn’t allow me to finish my order. I ordered two items and had one more item to order for another person with me. And instead she disconnected the speaker. When I tried to add it on at the window to complete my order she ignored me instead. She lacked customer service skills and made it evident she didn’t want to be at work! Very unfortunate cause I’m always looking for a good spot to grab ice cream! I guess back to Cold Stone for me!
