Have eaten here around 5 times over the years. Food is always very good. Staff, though, is mighty unfriendly, most of the time (I think there has been an exception or two). And after being cynical and snotty while taking your order they make you sign the receipt, for no other reason than trying to get a tip out of you. I’m done with that. Will choose Blimpe by the diesel fuel island from now on.

Nova lox bagel was so good. Ciabatta does not taste like Italian one, it’s like American sandwich. Hot coffee is good, definitely recommend this place anyway.

It’s a truck stop bagle place. I’d imagine it being quick service. Not the case here even at 9:40 on a Sunday morning they take 10-15 minutes to prep a sausage egg and cheese bagel. I’m not sure the issue here but I’ll prolly be skipping this location on my next time though

Terrible customer service if you dont like your job find another one. Sandwich looked like pig slop. Check you food before you leave. Will not stop order from here again. Truck stop needs to find another vendor for location. Tried to order a coffee couldn’t order hot beverage. Why have a coffee shop if your not serving coffee.

The food is delicious, do not get me wrong. The food was not the issue. It was the lady working at 6:45 AM on 7/18. This was my mother and my second encounter with her. The first time, she took 30 minutes to get out our two bagels (two asiago with cheese and egg), serving others who ordered after us first. This time, she nearly burnt my mom’s asiago with egg and cheese bagel. She took three times to get my bagel right (an asiago with just deli turkey and cheese). The man before us ordered coffee and was going to serve our bagels before his coffee and he ordered before we even showed up! 10/10 food, -2/10 customer service. Maybe the afternoon crew/person is better, but not the early morning one!
