Very rude staff the don’t know how to process coupons. Online ordering has been off for five days now I’m really starting to think that they did that on purpose because you can process your coupons online but not in their store. When it comes down to Subways Restaurants this one is the far worst one I ever been too.

The cashier needs to learn how to use the scanner for payments and coupon codes. I didn’t have any cash on me and she didn’t know how do whatever on the register to allow me to pay by scanning my phone. NOT TO MENTION she did not want to scan and/or honor my 15% off coupon. It just leads me to believe that the franchise places feel like their losing something by giving discounts but clearly they’re losing more. They’re losing me as a customer. Then she charged me $19.90 for 2 cold cut combos with bacon….. this place must make their own prices because I normally pay around $17 for this. I don’t care if it’s just a few dollars. It’s my money. I won’t be back at this location

The tomatoes in the tray that is there for all to see had mold on them. I pointed it out to the one guy that was working there, he went to the back, got another tray of tomatoes and opened it up in front of me. They ALSO had mold on them. If you don’t have the sense enough to 1) check to make sure the product you are displaying and selling to customers is presentable and edible and 2) check the backup product prior to presenting it to the customer that pointed out how your other product wasn’t acceptable, then I just cannot trust you to prepare my food. I will not be going back, and that is a shame.

The guy who’s there all the time is extremely stingy with everything. I understand every franchise is independently owned but 6-7 slices of ham? That’s too little. I travel back and forth from NC to GA, in every subway I’ve visited I’ve never seen someone lose customers because they’re being nitpicky about pennies. If you do order from here do so from door dash, if he doesn’t do your order correctly report it and get a refund. Especially when you pick a pro sub and he still puts in less than the regular amount of meat.

It’s a subway on the other side of downtown Raleigh Fayetteville st. Now at first the guy told me I I could only pick a specific sub when I clearly had a coupon buy ANY FOOTLONG and get the Second FREE, I had just from the first subway on Fayetteville st. They did it but I didn’t like his attitude but this one I just knew I would have the same problem but his co-worker a little short lady she was an angel she is the reason I’m giving her subway 5 thank you! Again I’m not referring to the subway on Fayetteville st. It’s the other on by the bank across from BENNYS PIZZA

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER from this location. The prices are higher than other local subway stores and they do not accept the coupons. Just look they never have any customers. . We can definitely use a Jersey Mikes in the area
