This was a very great experience. I’m new to the area and there are 2 locations in my vicinity. The other has very poor ratings so I decided to go with this location for “pick-up”. The customer service was superb. They all greeted me upon entry. The lobby and behind the counter was very clean. The pizza was fresh, hot, and made exactly as I ordered it! I always get half veggie and half pep. The papadias were so delicious and fresh! This will now be my go-to location! I appreciate the very positive experience!

I called the store to let them know that my pizza tasted expired and found mold in the crust. I explained to the MOD that I was calling to let them know so that they do not make more pizza from the dough or cheese. I was then explained that it is not possible because it is made from scratch. Thus, I sent the MOD a picture of the part of the pizza that had the mold. I was offered credit, but I will not want another pizza because I do not want to run the risk of eating a bite from another slice of expired products. Be careful eating this pizza.

Ordered this pan pizza just a little while ago. Was about 10 minutes late… no big deal there. Get it inside, open it up, and it is burnt. So I call and talk to the manager, and he tried to argue with me saying that this is a normal pan pizza! Uhhh, no. This pizza is CLEARLY burnt. Wouldn’t have been that big of a deal if there would have been an apology, but I didn’t get one. Won’t waste my money here again.

Pappas BBQ , it’s been a while since I’ve been eaten here and I’m regretting I did (I should have had a burger ) I order a two meat plate wanted brisket and chicken, said they were out of chicken but had chicken breast ( isn’t chicken breast chicken?) anyway my plate consisted of baked potato which was fine the meat…,,the brisket looked like 3 1/2 slices of bacon and the chicken breast was 4 pieces of meat cut t from the chicken breast when I got home I almost cried, spent $50 please never go through drive thur go in and see them make your order . There was 12 cars in front of us…I very seldom do a review… but this really hurt… I’m going back to Rudy’s BBQ

If there were an option for zero stars that’s what they would be getting. I have never left a bad review as I am in management so I understand the importance of customer reviews and fully believe in giving feedback to the immediate person but #1 this type of customer service is unacceptable and #2 the guy on the phone did not care in the least bit how his customer service was. I Called the store because my pizza said it was “on the way” and an hour later I still hadn’t received it. I only live 12 min from papa johns. After 10 min of waiting for someone to answer the phone and after lots of going around with him on where my pizza actually was The manager told me he *thinks* the pizza should still be warm when it gets there but if it’s not I can call back to request a refund. I told him I didn’t want to have to call back and wait even longer after it took 10 min to get someone on the phone the first time so I requested a refund to which The manager put me on hold and literally never came back to the phone. After 15 min of waiting on hold I hung up. No refund. Pizza still hasn’t arrived. Terrible customer service. Highly do not recommend

More than 16 min waiting to order a pizza. Really Papa Johns, it only take 2 min to take a order like you can see in the picture just 2 min. I made an order at 8:00 pm they decide to call me back at 9:30 telling me they only had one driver and the other driver tire busted and they had to send him home. So this big pizza company only had one driver, if they would’ve said that from the beginning I would’ve ordered from somewhere else my pizza never got delivered and my son who is autistic always eats pizza and it never came, they should’ve never took my order knowing they only had one driver I will never order from them again!!! The funny part is they called me one hour later and when I tried calling them back they’re closed! Never again! I had to give my son cereal.

I ordered a large, thin crust DOUBLE PEPPERONI with sausage pizza. I arrived on time and picked up my pie. I opened the box and was surprised, that it didn’t seem to have double pepperoni. I questioned the cashier and she assured me it was made correctly. Whatever happened to keeping your customers satisfied? I’m quickly losing faith with Pappa Johns pizza.
