This Arby’s takes the crown for the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a fast food place. Upon pulling into the drive thru, we were greeted by a rude, in a rush employee that seemed frustrated that we even decided to pull up to the restaurant and order. After dealing with that we managed to get to the window and pay. We were asked to pull up, which is fine. After about 5 – 8 minutes we got out food. Upon checking the bag we were missing literally over half of our order. So, we go inside back to the very difficult to deal with employees and they give us the food we paid for. Upon inspecting, we were still missing food. So back inside we go, you get the idea. Food wasn’t even good by the way, complete waste of time and money. Just go somewhere else this place isn’t worth it.

Told the Lady 3 times I wanted two combos with Two Large sweet teas and two large fries. I pull around and she handed me two medium teas. No big deal. Then I pull off and check the bag, I have two medium fries. I take a drink of my tea , it’s unsweetened. I asked her for ranch and she Gave me ketchup. On top of all that she was not very friendly!

This South main location was out of roast beef at 4:55 in the afternoon. Served up burnt buns. no apology when I returned. Slid the bag on the counter.

HFS has this place gone down the toilet. Only thing they got right was the bread. Ordered buffalo sliders. Received fried chicken sliders, something that’s not even on the menu.

Service was good. Our order was taken as soon as we were ready. The manager that was on duty on 3/9, was at the front talking on her phone yelling curse words saying she couldn’t effing leave because someone wasn’t there yet. And she walked to the drive thru talking and cussing on her phone saying how bad she was ready to leave. Being in HR, a manager is not supposed to talk like that or be on her personal phone at the front of the store cussing. She was also being rude and smart towards the employees. Kinda feel sorry for them. Bad management with straight attitude.
