I ordered pepperoni pizza and garlic knots today for carry out. When I got home, I realized the garlic knots were very burned. I called the store and Garrett was very nice and stayed he would have them re-made and delivered to me. About forty-five minutes later, the second order of garlic knots arrived… also burned. I called back to the store and Garrett, who was again very nice, stated that he checked them and they were up to quality standards. I find that hard to believe, but if Papa John’s has lowered their standards this much, then perhaps they won’t be around long enough to worry about, especially in such a small town. I am very disappointed with this particular location.

Evertime we order from here they never have 2 liter drinks they say they took it off the order but instead of putting the money back on my card they end up charging another 6.00 so a 43.00 order turns into 49.00 order

Every time I order when I get my food it’s wrong and takes a drastic amount of time for me to get my food, today I ordered I ordered 4 different items and some side…my food was wrong and I didn’t get my sides, when I called and told them about the mistake they said they would make it right but all they did was give me was one of the items
