Thank you for offering healthy AND very affordable food options.. especially for families. I had the pick two meal with the Savannah salad and spicy turkey melt sandwich. Both were so good! 4 kiddos with me and they all devoured their meals. Mac and cheese, pizzas, cucumber and tomato salad, and potato salad. This place fed myself and 4 kids for under $25 – that is A WIN!!! All of the kids meal came with a surprise cookie. Gavin, the man at the counter also came around and picked up our empty plates, made sure our meals were good etc. he was wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back 🙂

There was hair in my food. I called to get a new order. The manager wouldn’t even speak to me, but there was a really nice young lady that answered the phone. When I went back to the location for a new order, the manager wouldn’t speak to me again, so I asked the young lady at the front to show him what I was talking about, regarding the hair, thinking this would prompt him to speak to me. I didn’t want much, just to bring it to his attention personally, as I felt he was the appropriate person to talk to. Anyway, he just sent the young lady back out to talk to me to tell me he can remake the order. Well, he re-made it and I didn’t want it because my original order was turkey only. I don’t eat pork. On the new order he added bacon and ham. I also noticed not ONE person had a hair net on.

Fast friendly service. Prices weren’t bad. Fed 4 guys lunch for almost $10/each with drinks. Parking was good. Lunch rush wasn’t too bad. Baked potato was really dry by they give you a ton of toppings to help

I don’t know why, but McAlisters is such a slept on restaurant. Underrated for sure. Their sandwiches are huge and so filling! Fast service. Can’t go wrong with their Reuben!!!!

Cashier was friendly got order taken and she told me to drink up for the free refill before my food was ready. As I am waiting another staff member comes out and asked if I wanted chips or the potato salad, I said both and she rolled her eyes and with attitude said “I will do it this time but it’s extra” to which I replied I know it only comes with one side but I ordered both. Apparently the cashier did not ring up correctly and I didn’t realize because I was never given a receipt. Got all the way home to realize; their sandwiches are now wayyy smaller than they used to be(smaller than my hand…), the carrot cake is also now a tiny sliver size, and no potato salad. I didn’t appreciate the attitude when the issue was not on my end. I ordered what I wanted which included 2 sides and for her to say she would do it and then not is absolutely frustrating. For $25.39 and some attitude I am not sure McAlister’s is going to get my business the next time I want a sandwich. I am extremely disappointed by my experience today.

I can’t believe this place has gone downhill. Husband and I only ordered two sandwiches and that was over $28. Went through the drive thru, and even after paying waited 20 minutes for our food. We only live a few minutes from our house, but when we got back both sandwiches were cold, I ordered the pepperjack turkey and it’s supposed to have honey mustard on it, and it had none. Also, sandwich is way smaller than it used to be. said yes to wanting pickle spears, also didn’t get. Not sure what happened but it’s sad

Food is delicious. Usually eat inside but tonight I drove via the the drive thru. The gal that took my order was A’shia Enriquez. She was very personable and provided excellent customer service. The French Dip sandwich was really yummy with the cucumber tomato salad. Going back for sure!
