Honestly I was given a burger that was so black I actually had chunks of black stuck in my teeth. They pulled me off their timer even though there was no one behind me and made me wait for this burger for about 10 minutes. This is the Wagyu steak burger meal I paid almost $12 for and the drive-thru lady with the nose ring seem irritated that I was even bringing it back. You could tell how badly she does not want to be there!! Never coming back.

Standard Arby’s atmosphere. It cleaner than I expected it would be. The food didn’t taste fresh, kinda dry like it’d been sitting out a while. The service was rude. They just said “what do you want” when I got to the register then never spoke again. When my food was ready they just slung the bag of food onto the counter and pointed at it. I ordered it “for here” but they packed it to go so it was frustrating with no tray.

The cashier was very nice but I didn’t receive what I ordered abd I didnt realize it until I was almost home. You shouldn’t have to check your bag to make sure your order is correct. It will be quite a while before I woll even consider coming back to this location
