Kept forgetting to share our experiences over the years at Vestal Diner and now my child graduated and we had our last visit – as always, the staff was great, the food hearty and satisfying, and the comfort of a quiet and enjoyable place for breakfast was a wonderful way to wrap our time in the area. Immense Belgian Waffles always please the kids and a bottomless coffee cup always helps power up for busy days. Going to miss you Vestal Diner, hope we have a reason to be in town again and grab a booth for another good start to the morning.

Service was great! Food was great but the home fries could have been crispier and the bacon tasted like the bacon you get already cooked which in my opinion is gross. The pancake was delicious and the eggs were cooked perfectly!! Could use a little cleaning in the restaurant itself.

This place never disappoints. Service is prompt and always with a smile. And attract is one to boot. The kitchen is efficient and accurate and food comes out hot and just like you ordered it. In-N-Out in 25 minutes and the cheapest diner prices around!

The service was very fast. They were attentive to our coffee cup levels and breakfast came quickly. The French toast was outstanding and the eggs were cooked perfectly. Mugs were your generic small ones with questionable cleanliness. The creamers could have been provided more generously. Overall, very positive experience. I have been there 3 times and they consistently provided great food, fast, at a good price.

Was looking forward to their reopening! My mom and I are from the city and make it a tradition to diner hop all around the Southern tier and other Central and Upstate diners to find the best ones. We visit the Vestal Diner most frequently <3 Waitstaff there is also always lovely.

My Wife started with the Chicken Noodle Soup , she said it was Good. I had the Roast Beef Melt with French fries. Sandwich was pretty good but fries were not cooked long enough. My wife had the Philly Cheese Steak Wrap that was good but her fries were also undercooked.

The service was horrible, I ordered a burger with coleslaw and pickles, I got a burger, I had to ask for my other 2 items, the waitress brought a little baby container with 1 pickle thrown on top of it, she didn’t ask me how I wanted my burger cooked and never came around to ask if we needed refills on our drinks, and my grand daughters fries were half cooked and cold. This diner with never have my business again, it’s a terrible place to eat
