I brought my family here today and we were greatly disappointed. Thank goodness the food was good, but the staff was horrible! We had to ask for our finished plates to be moved, which involved having to flag down a server. They were all on their phones or huddled at a table rolling silverware. What’s wrong with the rolling silverware? I mean it’s their job. SEEING how they roll it makes me want to bring my own utensils! One scratched her head and rubbed her face the entire time. Then proceeded to touch the tips of the fork with bare hands. Another twirled her hair and played on her phone and scratched her armpit while rolling silverware! Hiding on the other side of the dining area was our server. Also on her phone eating an ice cream cone while, wait for it…rolling silverware! I won’t even comment on the condition of the restroom. There isn’t a star low enough for that. I will not be back. A 12.99 buffet is not worth dealing with filthy practiced staff and dirty restrooms. Do NOT recommend.

We have eaten here before with no issues or problems of any kind. We have enjoyed our meals here. He can eat all the chicken and beef he’d like, and I can enjoy all the veggies and some chicken and seafood options. On this last visit, we did not eat similar dishes. Nothing tasted odd, and we enjoyed our meals at the time. Unfortunately, we take food safety pretty seriously. We will choose elsewhere in the future.

Im not writing this to be ugly..I’m only giving this review so that someone else doesn’t waste money by believing a fib that’s going around…I could put negative stars I would. They over charged $77 for 4 people..It got bad awhile back then my son mentioned that it had gotten back good again and do not fall for that rumor. It’s trash and nasty food all over floors. Bathrooms are health hazard and food doesn’t smell like it should. I just wish I had photos to prove it and I’m so sorry that I had to warn ppl this way

This is by far the worse food we have ever had. The soda had weird taste almost like ginger in the glass. The seafood was rubbery. My son ate from the grill and as soon as the food went down he went to the bathroom upset stomach.

The Louisiana crawfish are where it’s at. The service is normally good. The are other good is fresh. Wish they kept sushi bar colder but that just a personal preference.

If I could give a 0 star I would horrible service food you couldn’t even bite into. It was an absolute horrible situation all around and when they said they would give a discount they didn’t take anything off. All buffets for adults were 15.99 and child’s birthday was 7.99 and there was only two adults one child and before taxes it comes out to $40 around and we still got charged $46 I will never be eating here again
