2nd time I went here and at 11 am on a Saturday, no donuts? The other week no coffee either. Machine was broken. This store has great workers and none of these things may be their fault, but management needs to take notice. Not the end of the world, I know, but Starbucks is up the road. Just saying.

Ordered my normal large iced milk and sugar I get 2-3x daily, it was the worst tasting coffee I’ve ever had and I worked at dunks for my first job. It wasn’t cold brew, decaf or any accidental pour it was old bitter disgusting iced coffee that sat for a long time before it was given. I tried to call and be nice without complaining I didn’t want my money or a new coffee I just wanted to tell them they needed to A: check that container of iced coffee, and B: make a new batch. But nobody answered the phones and the voicemail is full. So here I am leaving a review which I don’t think I’ve ever done for a business in my life but it was so bad I had to.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. The experience I had here today was crazy. The cashier arguing with me about what I ordered. The other one arguing that I received something I didn’t. Hanging me a coffee that’s dripping all down the side of it. This location is trash and I will never come here again.

After having one of the worst experiences at the Dunkin’ donuts on sandown road in sandown, I had one of the best experiences at the Atkinson Dunkin’ donuts. They were very quick to take my order, my order was correct, and when I approached the drive through menu I was asked if I could wait a minute within 10 seconds of getting there. After having waited 7 minutes just to leave a drive-thru window, this was much appreciated thank you to everyone inside.

I typically go here instead of the East Hampstead ones since those ones are always out of sourdough, but the last two times I ordered my usual iced matcha latte here they gave me like, a slushee instead of it just being an iced coffee? I get that they’re understaffed but I’ve never had my drink be that wrong compared to literally any other Dunks I’ve ordered it at for the past two years.
