This is the 2nd time they have messed up my order. This time was the worst. When I received the pizza it came just as the photo I attached. It literally looks like someone threw the pizza on the ground picked it up and placed it back in the box.

Worst location for service and pizza. Pizza has way too much sauce and it was burned on the bottom I ask for meat lovers with pineapple . Topping were very alomost non existent. Called the restaurant and Krystal the so called assistant manager was rude and wouldn’t do anything to fix there mistakes I will never be back I went too corporate for resolution. My order didn’t arrive for 2 hours and I had to call the store, to be told the order got transferred to another store. What a joke! There is no way to know it, and the order said cancelled in my tracker. Called the manage Grace and she says, you got to call the other store, really. Bad customer order handling

I usually goto a different location. But this one was on my way home. I ordered a couple pizzas and 2 orders of Honey BBQ wings. Receipt and box both say Honey BBQ wings. Get home and they are both are spicy hot buffalo wings. Too hot for my family to eat. I called the store and got and “OK” you can bring them back if you want. I had picked them up on my way home from work and did not want to drive 10 miles to exchange wings. And we were too hungry to go back. So $15 in the trash. I contacted corporate via the website and email with no response. My family loves dominoes. But this location just does not seem to be up to par. And I guess corporate dominoes does not care either.

I ordered pizza from store #9211. I selected the well done option as I do for every pizza I order from Dominos. The pizza was burnt to a crisp. Not even edible. I called the store and received the worst customer service. The person who answered said “you ordered well done so I don’t know what to tell you”. Again, I always order well done and it never is so burnt you can’t see the toppings on the pizza.

Ordered 4 large, 3 topping pizzas. All four pizzas were extremely light on toppings. By light I’m not exaggerating when I say 1-2 of each topping per slice. The 3 toppings on the attached photo are mushrooms, banana peppers, and bacon.

Completely wasted my time. Ordered online and selected the option to pay cash in the store at pickup. Went to pickup the order and was informed that they wouldn’t accept cash. That was all I had so I never got my order and they ended up making a pizza for nothing. Absolutely ridiculous. No chance whatsoever that I will ever order anything from them again.
