Staff is rude, buffet table was cold, bathrooms appear to not have been cleaned in months. I got two dirty plates and asked for new ones. Got… Less dirty plates. No wonder MM is falling. The buffet pizza was clearly leftovers from the day before. What happened here??

Was ok used there side area for a small birthday party. Didn’t like that they had boxes and what not all over 2 of the tables,and that we ended up having some of our guests waiting for about an hour for food,because the employee’s assumed someone had placed it twice. So instead of checking with us to see they just didn’t make it!!

Disappointing as far as Mountain Mike’s goes. The heart pizza was small and frankly gross. I wouldn’t recommend getting food from here, go to Pizza Hut instead and be happy.

Today this place made top of my list for best customer service. I was disappointed with my last order. I posted a positive review anyway, with mentions of mistakes. This time everything is perfect.
