As a usual KFC customer I was very shocked at the service that we received today. So the location on the street is a little hard to get to. As soon as we walked in we were kicked out at 9:13 and told that they were closed except the drive through was open. So we proceed through the drive through which was a bad decision due to the fact we were waiting in the line for 47 minutes. During that time 5 cars got tired of the wait and just left causing the line to shorten. There were 4 workers in the back and the one that kicked us out was cleaning the lobby area. At one point while waiting in line 1 of the workers walked to McDonald’s next door grabbed food and came back. While we were ordering food the lady was rude and when we came to window another lady was rude as well. So that was the wording part and the food wasnt up to par. The Mac and cheese was amazing like always. The chicken bowl was okay but the burger was burnt and really hard. The 5 dollar fill up the biscuit and cookie on the inside were smashed as well as the forgotten potato wedges were never placed in our bag. Again I’m a usual customer and my needs are usually filled but this time all around the service was awful. Needs worked on badly. We are calling tomorrow the number on the receipt.

Ooof! I don’t know what’s up with this location but every time I go there the team members are never willing to help. They don’t speak up so they can be heard (and I’m not old so I CAN hear). They never half half of the items on the menu. This particular evening they were out of original recipe breasts, macaroni and cheese, and didn’t have enough green beans for a large order, leaving mashed potatoes and corn (which I already had cobs cooking at home). The WORST service ever….ALWAYS!

We were the only customers in line haven’t been to KFC in awhile so figured we would try the coronel chicken sandwiches. Food was prepared horribly! This Nashville hot sandwich was spilling out every where in bag and because of that was very soggy. There was no rush in preparing our food, no excuses. Get people in there that care about service. We won’t be back

Just spent 17 minutes to get the worst famous bowl I’ve ever had. Less than 1 scoop of potatoes, 1/2 a scoop of cold gravy and a huge handful of cheese. I got the chicken on the side, but from the photo you can see how poorly made this was. I didnt complain or make an issue about having to wait or anything. They used to last of the popcorn on the first one they made but I ordered it on the side, so I had to wait for more to be made which only had 3 minutes wait time. But really I was waiting for the huge order before mine because they were trying to let everyone out of the lobby at the same time because I got their at 8:58, left at exactly 9:15. The guy working the register tonight is nice, but should not be allowed to make food.

Food is not as good as it use to be. The pot pie is decent. I also ordered six wings and was charged for two three piece meals. Didn’t know you have to order as spicy wings to get just wings! Wondered why they gave me biscuits.
