Where else can you get a lamb burger or a falafel burger in the same order? Got a Duo and enjoyed being able to mix and match. Staff was very attentive. I found the ingredients to be fresh. We both loved the fries/chips. The staff checked on us once the order came to make sure everything was as it should be and it was. New summer menu updates. We’ll be back.

I just had a mind blowing burger experience. BurgerIM opened up in the Mall of NH. They are the first of three locations in NH and Boston North. The chain is trendy and upscale. They sell high quality sliders with lots of options! The store is clean and has a trendy down to earth vibe. Light techno and house music played in the background. They legit had two very long wooden block burger bars with a decent assortment of draft and craft beer. The options on the menu were quite unique and expansive for quick serve fast food. it’s not often you see wagyu beef, egg or falafel on a fast food Burger menu.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and took the time to explain the menu and how it worked . The place was clean and comfortable the atmosphere was inviting the burgers were tasty and the sweet potato fries were a great option. It was a great overall experience.

It was unique and delicious! What a fun concept! We had the duo with a chicken and cheese burger with garlic aioli on the side and a cheeseburger with ketchup,onion rings and fries. All of the food was good. The chicken was juicy which is paramount and so was the burger. The onion rings were crispy. The fries were crispy rounds which was surprising but delicious! Loved the staff. There’s beer and soda almost exclusively. No bottles of milk or water. While we were ordering a gentleman asked what the store franchise number was because he loved the place and wanted to let someone know. They don’t have a store number but he was more than happy to write a review (like this one!) Definitely not a good place for dieters but great for kids. Clean and with large TVs. Can be taken to go. Really enjoyed it!

Enjoyed the heck out of a trio. Perfectly portioned, so I don’t feel like I ate too much. Ordering only 2 would’ve left me wanting just a bit more. Savory, delicious burgers with plenty of options to choose from. The atmosphere is pretty cool. I see myself coming back for a couple beers down the road again with some friends.

Food was great! The burgers are delicious, as well as their fries and onion rings! Service was also great. I went their with my youth group last night, and everyone was so kind to us. They made sure we had everything we needed.

Great service! The staff was very nice and helpful. The burgers were great, I only tried 3 but will definitely try them all. They sell beer there so it is a great place to grab a bite and a beer while watching sports. Keep it up!

My husband and I got the sliders and they were gross. The “chicken” is compressed soy with chicken flavor (maybe). The angus burger was mediocre at best. The onion rings and fries seemed very processed, as did everything else. The decor was nice and the server/cashier was very nice. But at the end of the day, I spent over $30 on McDonalds caliber food in fancier packaging.

The service was great. Nice to be able to try different burgers in one sitting since they are the size of a slider. I tried 3 different meat. Lamb, aged beef and wagyu. Not much meat flavors and on the dry side. I preferred the Five Guys juicy meat patty. Might come back for a second try and add an overeasy egg to the burgers for extra flavors.
