First time checking out “ghost kitchen” and it was interesting. There were two staff at the front desk when we arrived. We ordered food at the kiosk where there were 4 restaurants you could choose from. I believe they will be adding more options in the future. My friend and I ordered the Thai food. Food tastes good and portion is pretty ok, and we especially like the mango sticky rice it’s weird to me how they mostly have big long tables. I hope they will have more than one kiosk.. and it’s strange how we cannot pay at the kiosk. We had to scan a code with our phone to pay on our phone. A little inconvenient. I would definitely come back again once more food options have been added.

Very different concept. It’s like a food court but you don’t see the restaurants. You only see the eating area, which is pretty big. Currently, they have three restaurants: Bowl King, Thai Street, and Mr. Sun (sushi). Each has their own menu, but you can mix and match. It looks like they plan to add more restaurants.

I just dined with MR.SUN in AMA Kitchen today and was thoroughly impressed with their sushi quality! The taste was exceptional, and the price was remarkably reasonable. I can’t wait to return and explore their offerings from other brands as well. Highly recommended for sushi enthusiasts seeking a quality dining experience.

Ordering is very easy on a kiosk or at the counter. The skewers came to the table cold. The Roti, Curry, Basil rice were hot. The bowl had Jalapeno peppers instead of an Asian pepper which it should. Just because we live in Texas we do not all eat. They use cheap disposable silverware that should be upgraded along with the paper napkins which were for cocktails. So I would say C+ plus things can be better and it will not take much. Food has good taste just serve meat hot.

Got popcorn chicken which was lacking authenticity in flavor. It was bad. Also the chicken pieces must have been previously fried because after the re-fry for my order, the meat was very dried out, tough, and inedible. I had to throw out close to half the chicken.

Walkin Order. Shrimp Pad Thai_ Taste super delicious with 7 medium shrimps. ( I am very familiar with Thai food.) My son had Pad See Ew; it doesn’t suit his taste because black soy sauce is too light. He gave 4 stars for his dish. I gave 5 stars for Shrimp Pad Thai- Medium Spicy.
