Amazing restaurant at Globe, AZ which we came across our road trip. I highly recommend the pizza here, definitely the cheese cake. Curly fries was hit or a miss depending on personal taste. Ambience was also on point.

Heard good things about this place. Tried it today and they definitely lived up to the hype. Absolutely wonderful. Had two different pizza’s. 3 little pigs and (a brand new one I can’t remember the name, Golden?). They were so delicious. Fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. Staff were super nice and loved the decor. I wish they would come to Safford.

I had a wonderful mean. The chicken Parmesan was amazing and tasted just as good. We had the dip too with the wood fired bread. It tasted delish! Our drinks were just as tasty. The service was a little slow. It took awhile to get service and then took awhile to get drinks.. but our food came quickly and tasted amazing

Chef John Wong did not disappoint! Bravo and Bloom both live up to the hype. Totally worth the drive from the valley. Seated at the chef’s table and received top notch service. Someone mentioned they wanted the chicken fried rice from Bloom when we walked in. The chicken fried rice arrived at the table as we were being seated. Now that’s customer satisfaction! The wood oven pizzas (Three Little Pigs, Artichoke Wow, Margherita) Can’t go wrong with any of these. All were amazing! The toppings, the sauce, the crust, ohhh the crust! The Kobe burger was cooked to perfection. Red velvet cake, oh my! Don’t forget the drinks. The Bloody Mary is a meal in itself. The raspberry mimosa is perfectly sweet and sour, the mule comes in any flavor you want, pick your favorite. I’m one word…. BRAVO!

Really enjoyed sitting around the bar with a group of friends. The bar tender was friendly, prompt and fun. Stopped in after a long travel day, and the vibe was relaxed classy casual. I had a pizza, woodfired and delicious. Everyone in my group enjoyed their choices. If back in Globe, I would not hesitate to stop in again.

Just had dessert and coffee after celebrating our 32nd anniversary at Bloom with a delicious dinner. Dessert was delicious, but the waitress was the worst service I have ever had. Took about 10 minutes to get a cup of lukewarm coffee and another 10 minutes to get creamer.

Having lived in Southern Arizona for 34 years and having visited Globe, AZ at least a handful of times I was normally disappointed and sad as so many new iterations of what and how the culinary scene should look like would come and go without much fanfare. Having not visited Globe since Covid, I frankly didn’t know what to expect, and what was even open as we were passing through to the White Mountains. We saw a billboard for this pizza place just outside downtown and decided to give it a try.
