Worst Sonic experience, ever. It’s usually pretty decent, but this time the food took 22 minutes, the carhop was angry because they were having trouble with their card readers and I didn’t have cash to pay with instead, the tater tots were stale, the Coney bun was stale, and the hot dog was dried out and leathery. This store used to be the best of the bunch, but not anymore.

My 8 year old son loves Sonic so when I passed by this location he made me promise to stop on our way back home since we weren’t from this city & a long way from home. The lady on the headset had us repeat the order at least 3 times as she said she couldn’t hear in her headset so she walked out to the car & directly took the order. It took at least 20 to 25 minutes to finally get the food out to us. I looked in the bag & my order had tater tots but I specifically asked for French fries because my son & I both hate tater tots (she took the order standing in my face but still wrote it incorrectly) so this took another 5 or 10 minutes to correct just for French fries… Imagine my frustration with a hungry 8 year old with ADHD in the backseat… I gave the lady my debit card to pay for the order & she took my card and walked off to another vehicle handing out food… Who does that?? Swipe my card & give it back… She finally gets back to my car 5 minutes later & drops my card on the ground and instead of picking it up like a normal person, she scooted my card on the gritty ground with her foot & now my debit card is all smudged & scratched up on the back… This is my first & last time coming to this particular Sonic… Worst experience I ever had smh

I never really eat over here in this area. I had to wait over 30 minutes for food because they messed up my order. They come back after 15 minutes with my newly revised order just for it to be messed up again. Burger was cold. I’m just not coming here again I’d rather drive 20 minutes to the next city to get better service!! No napkins. I’m highly frustrated right now because I didn’t feel good all day I decided to come get food so I don’t have to cook and it was just a disastrous experience.

I really didn’t want to spend any time with them…so it completely annoyed me that the mobile app was turned off, plus stall #14 is broken so it wouldn’t allow us to self pay from the car. I chose to come to Sonic because I really didn’t want anyone else’s energy, so these incidental circumstances felt intrusive considering Sonic burger has enabled me to work more independently in the past. Above all else, the service was great. Happy New Year!

Always takes forever. Can never get the most simple order right. Just wanted a burger with ketchup and somehow they mess it up. It’s happened multiple times. Most definitely won’t be eating from this location anymore since it seems like it’s the only one with this issue. Shown in the photo is the burger WITH MUSTARD (I can’t eat mustard btw) so thanks sonic (Food is also always cold. Why is that?)

They have great food, it is always good and hot when they bring it out. But the down side is they’re usually slow. I make a Togo order, arrive after the time it says and then usually wait 10 more minutes before they bring it out. But I still love their food so I’ll just wait.
