They have gluten-free pancakes!! Food was amazing. Service even better. We are from a small town and this place gives you that home cooked small town restaurant feel. Large portions. Here for our 13th anniversary. Definitely an added bonus to our already fantastic weekend away. The strawberries are berry good.

We are here at 8:00 am Sunday for the Corvette show. It was very busy as expected. Surprisingly we were seated right away. Food took awhile to come out which was expected. Quality was excellent. $42.90 was the total, no complaints. Staff was friendly and very busy but not stressed.

Ok, it’s hard to find a restaurant that you enjoy so much while on vacation that you want to eat there every day, but Pancake House is one of those places! We found it while on a girls weekend earlier in the spring. We could literally walk across the street from our Air B&B to eat, which is what we did for three days. You can eat inside or out (we did both), which is a nice option for people dining with young children. The restaurant is small and gets crowded early, but don’t let that deter you because it’s worth the wait. You’ll be greeted warmly by the loveliest group of servers. Each and every one of them greets you with a smile and greeting, even on the busiest days. Sit back and soak up the small town atmosphere while you wait for your meal. Breakfast and lunch are served all day, but sadly they’re only open until 2. The food is fresh and delicious! There are a decent selection of gluten free options and being able to have gluten free toast is a nice change for my husband. They even serve cocktails if you choose to start your vacation right! My favorite though, was our waitress remembered me by name from our vacation 2 months ago! You can’t buy that kind of hospitality, especially these days. Make sure to put Pancake House at your list for dining choices while in the area.

One busy Saturday morning, got us in and sat quickly. Bottomless coffee offered with vanilla cream *why don’t more places do this?* All of our food was AMAZING, eggs Florentine, Utica Bowl and and omelet. Service was quick our server was the nicest and most attentive I have had at a restaurant in a LONG time. Genuinely a perfect experience.

Eggs Benedict was amazing and the pancakes were huge and very delicious!!! Prices were about average, but you get huge amounts of food. Loved the atmosphere and service was quick and staff was nice. Will make this a regular stop when visiting Sylvan Beach!

I can’t believe I’d never been here before! My sister and I went today and we stumbled on this place because we needed someone who served breakfast all day. The interior was clean and cute and all the staff were super friendly! Turns out Mondays are Mimosa Mondays. Buy one get one half off!! Everything was delicious and hot! Our waitress came by multiple times to top off our coffee, and even had my sister take a cup to go. No charge! This is going to become our go to breakfast place. Oh, and we’ll have to try their lunch options too because they looked yummy as well!
