The GM was extremely rude to my husband and I. I tried explaining to her the tracking did not update on the website and she hung up on me then when my husband picked up the pizza she was rude and treated him poorly. The pizza was cold and old because the website was not updating and when my husband voiced his concerns it had been sitting there for 30 mins she rudely told him that it was sitting under a heat lamp. If the GM is that rude to their customers, I question what goes on in the restaurant. We will no longer order pizza from this place.

I gave my order to the young woman twice emphasizing I had to have gluten free. After telling me they did not have gluten free anymore only had cauliflower crust & a small would be $14.99 she told me I could get a med one topping the crust for $7.99. Again I told her I needed gluten free or cauliflower. So I ordered another small for my husband who is not gluten free with just a meat & cheese.

Love Marco’s pizza but I’m a out done. Last time I got delivery the driver gave my pizza to someone else. Then tells me to hold on while he goes to see if they started eating it yet. Today my pizza shows up like the driver was carrying it under her arm. I’ve always loved Marco’s pizza but I’ve about had it.

Picked it up, it was GREAT. Marco’s has the best pizza. I haven’t been disappointed yet. It could use a little more cheese or a little less sauce. But the crust is my favorite. Covered in garlic butter and parm. cheese. I Loved it.
