I ordered two supreme pizzas no mushrooms two cheese bread two marinara two garlic sauce and a dough brownie. Waited in store and when handed order it was short a pizza. So the same person ordered another pizza I paid and again I waited. No apologies. I had to ask that the first order be kept warm while I waited. Second pizza ready I had to ask for the other order. Then had to ask for bag for sauces and brownie. Also while waiting I observed a young lady come in store go behind counter and while talking to employees, who were playing on cell phones, was pulling and playing with her hair. Then when I got home both pizzas had mushrooms. Not at all happy with this store. Spent $50 for this experience.

Over all they are friendly and the pizza is usually hot. I like being able to order online and use discount codes. The last few times I have ordered I have not received a confirmation email to pick up with at portal but when I walk in they address the in the poral and ready. They told me that their system has been messing up so I guess it’s not their fault. Sometimes the pizzas are made poorly or cut very poorly. Sometimes I go back inside and asked them to recut it because I have 6 children and I need even slices. Here is a picture of the pizzas from yesterday and I felt like it could have been cut better and the cheese one really could have had a little bit more cheese or just had it more evenly distributed. We order a lot from this place for all sorts of activities. Just improve a bit and it will be a 5 star rating.

I wish I could give a zero star. It had went down hill. There was a female that is still working there that was eating meat and cheese off the pizza and touched her shoes and floor with no gloves on. She never washed her hands in-between doing one task to another. It was nasty and unprofessional. I canceled my order and left.

The Pizza will sustain life if it’s all you can find. I shop there for price and convenience. 3 Pizzas for 20 bucks and they feed 3 of us 2 to 3 meals. Not bad .
