Out of all the KFC’s I went to by far this has the best food!! It’s super cozy and comfortable very modern. The staff is always friendly. I love it that you can get Fountain drinks with free refills. I’ve never checked to see if they had free Wi-Fi but they probably do. This is definitely my go-to KFC❤

Placed an order in the Drive-Thru requested certain dipping sauces and was charged for each one! I thought dipping sauces come with the nuggets! I don’t mind paying if I ask for extra but to charge me for every single sauce? When I questioned the girl at the drive up window she had no idea how to refund me and just said we’ll just give you extra ones that’ll make up for the price difference. What am I going to do with 10 dipping sauces? And the attitude was not appreciated! Then I find out I’m missing part of the order and had to walk into the place anyway! The dirty looks she gave were not acceptable. Usually love this restaurant…retraining maybe?
