I ordered online yesterday, I order two venti Ice chai’s w/ cinnamon and when I looked at my order they had vanilla cold foam when I didn’t asked for it. Politely asked the girl if she can re-do my drinks because is wrong. I asked to be remade because they tend to take out the vanilla cold foam and refill the drink which is not done properly and she said okay and only took one drink but she seemed mad about it. Then a short guy makes it and I told him this drink needs to be remake too and gave me an ugly look and kept saying stuff to each other through the headset about me. When he remade them I told him “I don’t know why you guys get mad and be rude when it was your mistake not mine” he turned around and walked away. Didn’t get their names but I will make sure to get them and complain because they were so rude and they were not even busy at all.
