I’m sorry we don’t normally give horrible reviews but after stopping to get some ice cream as we were waiting in the drive through a worker came out of the store with gloves on and a cup…. We knew something was up when he went around the dumpster and discarded whatever he has in the cup and then threw the cup away…. I don’t know about you but that’s a huge turn off to just think that was most likely a mouse or thing.

Just went through the drive through, I ordered the flavor of the month blizzard, I was told they were out, how can you be out of the flavor of the month??? The young lady at the drive needs to learn about customer service. When I went to pay for my blizzard, not the flavor of the month, I noticed that she had her mouth full of food, she took my money and laid it on top of the cash register while she answered her cell phone. She finally gave me my blizzard, not one word did she speak, I am sorry, maybe she was deaf/mute, oh no, she took my order, so that can’t be it. No thank you have a nice day… Perhaps whoever the manager of this establishment is, may need to have a talk with this young lady. Customer service was really lacking with this particular individual.

This is 100% the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Sunday I showed up and no vanilla ice cream. Show up Monday and no bananas. If you are in the area I recommend you search for another ice cream store.

Ice cream was delicious. Service was good. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The fountain drinks were a little off. Mix wasn’t quite right. But, drinks were ok. Food was as expected. Very clear and presentable.

Nothing hits the stop like ice cream. Co located with a BF convenience store, fuel station and little ceasar. There was a little bit of everything. The DQ itself was clean with friendly workers, and unlike yesterday my cup did not split. It was a great quick stop that cured my sweet tooth.

The service was excellent. Everyone who helped us was friendly, and brought us our food. He even brought us extra condiments when we asked for them. The burger that I had was easily one of the top 10 best that I have ever had. I have always loved Dairy Queen ice cream ever since I was a little kid oh, and it hasn’t changed one bit. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in West Virginia.

I’m currently in the store overhearing a customer ask about the freshness of the fries where they were completely ignored anything else pretty much horrible customer service. Cotton candy blizzard is definitely not pink but it’s okay could not be served the upside down at all really needs to step up their customer service skills and making the customer happy like they claim to do all of the store.
